Getting gin delivered straight to your door can never be a bad thing. London-based gin distillery Sipsmith is taking it one step further by offering a quarterly subscription to their most out-there, experimental gin flavours that never made it to full production.
Like any good distillery, they balance production with experimentation, using downtime at the distillery to trial different and often unusual flavour combinations.
Previous test flavours have included Ham & Mustard Gin, Truffle Gin and Smoked Venison Gin.
Their quarterly Sipping Service means products with volumes that aren’t feasible for mainstream stores can be delivered straight to you. Four differently flavoured sipping gins in 90ml sample bottles. And while each season will be a surprise (as with all good experiments), it’ll certainly give subscribers the chance to discover new flavours and challenge their palates.
Chin chin to that!
